Partial Planning Package

Package Details:

On our first meeting, we ask you to put aside a minimum of 1 hour to start our initial in-person consultation. It is ideal for both partners to attend the first meeting. Don’t forget your notebook and ideas!

You will have unlimited phone, text, zoom, and email communication from the day we sign the contract, along with 3 in-person meetings. We just remind you that during wedding season, Friday to Sunday, we may not answer right away as we are with other couples. Please note our business hours are 8am-10pm and we will reply to you the next day if messages are received after 10pm.

Once you have determined your budget, we will assist you in keeping it. This is a very important day in your life, but you don’t want to go into debt for it.

We provide you with assistance in communication with vendors, including venue, catering, cake, late night table, desserts, decor rentals, florist, Emcee, DJ, live band, lighting, floor wraps, photographers, videographers, performers, digital creators, photo booth, ceremony officiant, transportation, accommodations, invitations, and day of signage.

It is important we review all vendor contracts. Also, we require a copy of contracts for your file that we have with us on the day of your event.

Your wedding day will have a theme and colour palette that we will follow. If you have any inspiration pictures or a mood board, it is important to bring this to our first meeting.

As required by your venue, you will do a walk through and final meeting that we will attend. We will create a floor place for all item placement on the day of. If it is a venue that we have done an event at, we can assist with pre-floor meeting documents we can email you.

Your seating chat will be completed with our assistance, along with the timeline and day of agenda.

We will be available for rehearsal if required but we require this to be pre-booked one month in advance and must be scheduled Monday to Thursday only. The rehearsal time max allotment is 1.5 hours, including travel.

On The Day:

On your wedding day, we will assist in a full day of services up to a total of 12 hours. Timeline to be determined by final agenda meeting. This package includes set up and full take down of your event.

We will create a check list for you for your day of wedding and provide you with a minimum of 1 planner and assistant, based on the size of your wedding. If your wedding exceeds 175 people, we will have 1 planner and 2 assistants.

We will assist the photographer with a list created for photos to be done during the event.

The agenda will be emailed to all vendors prior to the event, and cc’d to you.

Our planner will coordinate the flow of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We will follow the planned agenda and make necessary adjustments if required on the day to keep you on schedule.

Set up of signage, guest place cards, guest favours, wedding guest book, memorial table, generations of love, or any other small personal decor items.

Coordinate the ceremony line up of the bridal party and assist guests for ceremony.

Working with the DJ or Emcee to coordinate the grand entrance into reception.

Overseeing all vendors during the event and making sure everyone is on schedule. We will be sure to notify the vendors 5-10 minutes before each speech to ensure all moments are captured.

Our planners are all equipped with an emergency kit. If you have any allergies that require an epi-pen or special medication, please advise on first meeting. We will also provide vendors with gratuity envelopes provided by you or any final payments to any vendors. The final payments must be arranged before and we will discuss this at our final meeting.

You will also receive a monthly reminder list of things to review and deadlines of when to complete important details.

We require a full list of wedding party and their role so we are aware of their duties, if any.

Full Planning Package Cost: $3,500 (includes travel up to 1 hour away and accommodations are extra)
