Partial Planning Packages (approx. 6-8 months away)

This package is perfect for the couple who is enjoying the planning process, but wants to ensure that everything is done right. If you want access to the resources and expertise of a professional planner, but only when you need it; if you want to be in charge of planning the details that get you excited, but prefer to have a professional take over the rest, our partial planning packages are customized for you. Month Of Planning Package (approx. 8-10 weeks away)

This is perfect for the couple that wants to do the bulk of the planning themselves, but want to be able to enjoy the wedding day. We work with you in the weeks leading up to your big day to bring all of your plans together. We look for potential problems before they happen, create a seamless timeline for your day, and take care of all the last minute details. Learn more about this package here.

Day Of Planning Package (approx. 4-6 weeks away)

Our day-of coordination package is a popular one. This is perfect for the couple that wants to do the bulk of the planning themselves, but want to be able to enjoy the wedding day and allow their friends and family to do the same. Learn more about this package here.

Destination Weddings

If your dream is to run away and tie the knot surrounded only by your nearest and dearest, we can help make it happen. We cover everything including helping you find the perfect location and accommodations, ensuring you have the right information to obtain a marriage license in your destination country, and making your big moment happen just the way you imagined. We also work with travel agents to assist from start to finish. Packages begin at $2,500, plus flight and accommodations.

Vow Renewals

For the most discerning bride, who does not compromise on creating the most beautiful and timeless event. We start with your inspiration and create the most exceptional day by bringing together the most talented team of professionals who are able to realize your vision and surpass your expectations. Set Up/Take Down Package

We provide a full set up and take down package starting at $250. Contact for details.

Butler Service

A party is always great until it’s time to clean up. Let us take that away from you so you can be with your guests. We’ll come to your event and set up, take down, serve, and clean up while you get to enjoy your party! Our servers are food handler certified and have smart serve servers on staff.

This service is $40/hour per server and requires a minimum of 3 hours (1 server per 50 guests). Additional servers at $30/hour. Flat rate available for larger parties.

Butler service available year-round. Additional charges for Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
